Pocket DNC

The PocketDNC is a Stand-alone Handheld DNC System. Even if you have a Full DNC System, the PocketDNC Provides a Complete Backup, so your Machines are kept in Production if your DNC System ever Breaks Down.

The PocketDNC offers 3 main benefits:

When your CNC machine memory is full of programs, the PocketDNC gives you more storage, enabling you to store and reload proven programs at a later date.

When the PocketDNC is connected to your PC, any new programs will be automatically synchronised between both devices, thus ensuring you always have the latest program.

In the event of your existing DNC system breaking down, the PocketDNC will provide the perfect solution so you can continue loading CNC programs into your machines, ensuring they are kept in production.

With Pocket DNC you have the convenience of carrying around your complete CNC program library in your pocket. Imagine having the ability to access your CNC programs at anytime anywhere. You can load programs into a machine or download from the machine.

PocketDNC also includes Microsoft ActiveSync, meaning you can use your PC to store all your CNC programs.

Pocket DNC comes preloaded with a number of preset machine tool setting files for the more common controls such as Fanuc, Heidenhain and Haas. However it is easily configurable by the operator for most CNC machine controls that have an RS232 port.

PocketDNC will communicate directly with most machine controls, the only exceptions are controls that do not use a standard ISO protocol such as the Mazak T32 in Mazatrol mode.
